Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.
To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
